What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Send a clear video of the damaged product and its packaging to us through WhatsApp chat. Please make sure the damage and order details are visible. Our team will verify the video and let you know whether the product qualifies for a replacement. A replacement is not confirmed until verification is complete and is subject to product availability.
Can I replace an item if the size does not fit?
Yes, you can request a size replacement through WhatsApp chat. Keep the item unworn, unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The requested replacement size is subject to availability.
What happens if my Razorpay payment fails?
If the payment fails but money is deducted, Razorpay or your payment provider will normally reverse the amount automatically. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment method. If the amount is not returned after your bank's stated processing period, contact us with the Razorpay payment reference.
How do I request a replacement?
Contact us through WhatsApp chat with your order details, the reason for the request, and clear photos or video where applicable. Our team will review the request and confirm the next steps after verification.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared using the contact information provided with your order. If you have not received an update, contact us through WhatsApp chat with your order details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp chat. We can only change or cancel an order if it has not already been processed or shipped.
